Job Description

We're seeking an experienced AGM to drive Livspace's franchise expansion across designated regions. The ideal candidate will identify potential cities, strategize expansion, and ensure successful onboarding of franchise partners. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify high-potential cities for franchise expansion - Manage and collaborate with team members to generate and convert leads - Build relationships with potential franchise partners and pitch Livspace's franchise model - Facilitate onboarding process and ensure new franchises are operational within set timelines - Meet and exceed franchise onboarding targets, ensuring timely completion of operational setup The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent team management, communication, and relationship-building skills.,
