Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online growth, Revenue and customer engagement thru Chat.
Manage and maintain the organization's e-commerce website, ensuring it is user friendly, secure and upto date.
Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
