Collection Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Collections Specialist to manage and oversee the collection of outstanding payments from our clients and customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of accounts receivable processes, and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment. The Collections Specialist will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely payment recovery and the maintenance of positive customer relationships.

Shift : Day Shift (6 Days working 1 day rotational off)
Qualification : Undergrads/ Graduates
Experience : Upto 1year - 4years (Collections)
Salary : 3.5LPA - 4 LPA
