This is a field job like any other sales job, which requires you to travel for your assigned geography (Agents), LAs and customers locations (as and when required). You will be evaluated on your ability to build a strong distribution and sustainable network to meet your business targets (number . of active, successful agents and LAs, distribution buildup, and overall premium targets). As a team manager, you will accompany the team of agents on pre- and post-sales activities, such as claim settlement.
