We are Hiring for Agency Development Managers for MNC Life / Health Insurance Industry

Job Purpose Agency Manager

The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors (free lancer) & support / train them to enable them to procure insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.

Reporting-

Branch Head/ Branch Manager
Principal Accountabilities of Agency Managers:

To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.

Ensure that the advisors achieve business targets set for them.

Provide on the job training & manage and monitor the performance of Advisors so that they can achieve their goals.

Relationship Management

Maintain persistence for the policies procured by a team of Advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.

Qualification: Graduate mandatory

Exp: Mini. 2 year experience in Sales

Functional Expertise: Sales in any sector & willingness to work in the Insurance Sector.

Salary : 4.5 L/Annum + incentives + Allowances
