The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) processes in an industrial setting, particularly within the steel industry. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the implementation and compliance of HSE policies and procedures at the plant. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and assessments to maintain a safe work environment. Monitor plant operations to ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate HSE risks. Organize and lead training programs for staff to promote a safety-first culture. Report safety incidents and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Stay updated on the latest safety regulations and best practices to continuously improve HSE standards. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 12-17 years of experience in HSE management within the manufacturing or steel industry. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, with hands-on experience in risk assessments and safety audits.
