Job Description

Responsibilities Ensure requisite Manpower Requisition (MRF) is maintained with necessary approvals and having track on the same. Discuss with concerned stake holders on the requirement of manpower to have a better clarity Job Advertisement, Screening, Sourcing, Shortlisting of profiles from Job portals, Internal reference and Head hunting. Scheduling and Co-ordinating with the technical team for the interviews. Handling salary negotiations and preparing offer letter with necessary approvals. Follow-up with the candidate from the date of offer till onboarding. Playing an active role in all forms of recruitment-campus, off-campus, walk-ins etc., Handling Employee Engagement activities like Birthdays, Monthly Pep talks etc., Collecting employee feedbacks to understand their concerns and to assist in implementation of action plans. Ensuring strict adherence to customer and regulatory audit documentation. Performing any work assigned by HOD.
