This role is also responsible for Deepening the size of the relationship Manage with existing set of clients by
cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers
To ensure high quality delivery of all banking services and products to our clients in a fair and transparent
manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire high value new to bank customers to Bank on a monthly basis flag them on the system
Handle the service requirement of customers are taken case in a prompt and pro-active manner
Use wallet profile sheet to track accounts and products with other bank and transfer the same o Know the
customers business to proactively provide financial solutions
Sales across all product segments- TPP, Assets, FDs, TDs etc
Customer service to ensure walk in customers issues and Managing Operations like A/c opening, Fixed
Deposit, Lockers, and Forex etc
Deepening of existing Current account & saving account relationships
Activation of customers in digital channel
Generation of referrals from internal database
Report Generation & filing
Branch Operations and Audit Compliance
Compliance with KYC, AML, audit and other regulations in all branch banking operations.
