Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner located in Jodhpur. The role will involve managing HR policies, employee relations, labor and employment law compliance, and performance management. Qualifications Expertise in Talent aquisition is mandatory. HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) expertise Should be open to travel to Branches across Region. Experience in Performance Management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field,
