Job Description

TELAWNE POWER EQUIPMENTS PVT LTD is into manufacturing and repairing of Power & Distribution Transformers up to 10MVA, 33KV. From 1hidden_mobile to 2hidden_mobile, the company geared itself with adequate technical knowledge.

 In 2003-04, TELAWNE POWER EQUIPMENTS PVT LTD facility was installed to manufacture Oil Immersed Power and Distribution Transformers up to 50MVA, 132kV Class, Resin Impregnated Dry Type Transformers up to 5 MVA, 22KV Class, Cast Resin Dry type Transformers up to 5 MVA, 33 KV Class, Unitised & Pad Mounted Substations up to 2MVA, 33KV Class.

Requirement - Fabrication Inspection Engineer

Qualification:-Diploma/ B.E/B.Tech in Electrical 

Experience- Junior- 1-5 Years

Fabrication Inspection Engineer- 2+ Years

Team Lead For fabrication Inspection- 10+ Years

Location- Rabale( Navi-Mumbai)

Notice Period - Immediate or 15-30 Days 

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Inspection & Testing of fabrication as per GA & Fabrication drawing at vendors premises.

• Grit blasting checking. 

• Paint DFT & Peel off tests.

• Issue rejection points and MOM with vendor for errors by vendor. 

• Feedback to M Design for revision in Drawings. 

• To Take corrective actions with vendors. 

• To check quality of workmanship and finishing. 

• Get WPQ; PQR:WPS from fab vendors

• Check full assembled tank with all accessories. 

• To check quality of material used. 

• Reporting observations.
