Roles & Responsibility -

Agency Channel - ARDM - Agency Recruitment and Development Manager

It is a team Handling role. Building your own team of life Advisors/ Agents through your own references.
Continuously train & Motivating the team to drive Life Insurance sales.
Recruit & handle the team of financial customers

Direct Channel - Relationship Manager

Handle customers of Branch.
Meet with customers on appointment.
Sell Life Insurance & other investment products of the company.

Perks : -

** This will be on role job with fixed Salary + Fixed Incentives.**

** On spot Selection + Fastrack Promotion + National/ International Trips.**

Candidates should have atleast 1 years of experience in Field sales & should be able to build his own team.

Qualification : - Graduate/Post Graduate
