Maintain & troubleshoot Java applications (no coding).
Perform issue resolution, fault rectification & root cause analysis.
Work with SQL & databases for system support.
Escalate critical issues.
Meet Response Time & Defect TAT KPIs.

Required Candidate profile

Conduct preventive & corrective maintenance.
Generate reports & maintain system records.
Standby duties if required.
