Job Title: GM - Sales & Marketing
Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional with 5 to 10 years of industry experience and strong leadership abilities to oversee the Sales & Marketing operations across all locations. Suitable candidates will come from industries such as banking, wealth management, luxury car sales, insurance, or similar sectors.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead the development and execution of Marketing and Sales strategies.
- Oversee Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and Corporate tie-up activities for commercial projects.
- Create and implement strategies for both Direct and Channel Sales activities; forecast market trends and needs.
- Identify key market segments and devise effective market positioning plans to target them.
- Analyze campaign responses versus sales results and adjust sales plans accordingly.
- Drive new business opportunities for the organization.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Management (PGDM) or MBA.
- Professional qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Salary Range:
- 1 lac to 1.5 lac CTC per month.
