SunTec is seeking a motivated and savvy Content Editor to oversee our content
publishing needs in a fast-paced work environment.
You will work with Marketing Communications team of writers, digital marketers and
designers to develop and curate compelling and engaging content for our websites.
Your primary duties will include research, writing, proofreading and editing,
analyzing readership data, developing our content strategy, and publish content.
Ability to notice where there are content gaps that can improve search engine visibility
is essential in this role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Proofread, re-structure, grammar, syntax and edit articles by content writers.
Ensure that content meets the company needs, and follows our in-house style
guide.
Maintain style guide and ensure it is updated regularly and that all content
writers are adhering to these guidelines.
Organize, modify and update existing content.
Generate new ideas around industry-related topics.
Optimize published pieces using SEO guidelines.
Monitor web traffic and user engagement.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Content Editor, Web Editor or similar role.
Experience as a Content Writer for a B2B setup for IT industry.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
Attention to detail.
Familiar with SEO and keyword research.
Team spirit
Ultimately, you will produce engaging quality content that speaks to our
audience and boosts engagement with our brand.
