MAKE AN IMPACT Job Description- Skills & Experience: * Proven track record and strong experience as a Business or Data Analyst in Agile environments * Strong understanding of data models, data integration and database design concepts * Experience of working on ServiceNow workflow solutions and awareness of ServiceNow workflow features is essential. * Strong knowledge of Markets and Securities Services Middle and Back Office including Fund Services, and Cash Securities; operations as a function, asset classes, products, industry wide systems and processes. * Experience of being involved in and managed successful delivery of large and complex operational change from initiation to deployment. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and best practices. * Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in influencing a senior set of sponsors and stakeholders. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes. * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect data capabilities with business goals * Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio) and Agile project management tools. * Good understanding of operational risk frameworks, including non-financial risk. * Experience in leveraging available and emerging best in class technologies to benefit the wider change agenda and tenacity to find solutions to complex problems. Managing Challenges * Deliver an ambitious Programme of work in fixed timeframe, but with fast-pace and dynamic environment. * Manage multiple internal and external dependencies with competing priorities and deadlines which may impact overall delivery. * Manage complex stakeholders across multi-region teams and products. * Negotiate and influence conflicting decisions and outcomes.,
