Job Description
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic concerns, health status, and medical history.
- Recommend and perform appropriate aesthetic and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures with a focus on patient safety, effectiveness, and satisfaction.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions and ensure clients understand the procedures, benefits, and potential risks.
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and document treatment outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the aesthetic field.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, medical regulations, and clinic policies.
- Provide follow-up care, including checking on clients progress and addressing any concerns or complications.
- Educate patients on skincare routines, lifestyle changes, and wellness practices to enhance treatment results.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sterile environment in treatment areas.
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and specialized qualifications in aesthetic medicine or dermatology.
- Valid medical license to practice.
- Proven experience in performing aesthetic procedures and other cosmetic services.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetics, and cosmetic procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient consultations and building rapport.
- Ability to assess and address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in performing treatments.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest aesthetic advancements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical medical practices.
- Experience in a wellness or aesthetic clinic setting.
- Additional certifications in aesthetic medicine or cosmetic dermatology.
- Knowledge of advanced aesthetic technologies and procedures.
