Experience: 1 to 4 years

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy , Pune

 

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller. The AR Caller will be responsible for handling claims, following up on outstanding accounts, and resolving denials to ensure timely payments from insurance companies.

 

Skills & Requirements:

 

-1 to 4 years of experience in AR Calling (Physician Billing or Hospital Billing).

-Strong understanding of denial management and claim resolution.

-Experience in handling US healthcare insurance claims.

-Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

-Ability to work in a night shift and voice process.

-Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office.
