Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving daily IT issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, Windows OS, LAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
Handle system installation, configuration, and maintenance of vendor products.
Generate and manage IT support tickets, assigning tasks to relevant teams, and ensuring resolution within SLA.
Support the resolution of incident, change, and problem management requests per business requirements.
Prepare and submit IT reports to leads and managers on a daily basis.
Ensure timely support services to all employees while maintaining high service levels.
Maintain and track IT asset inventory.
Ensure endpoint compliance, including antivirus, encryption, and Windows patch updates.
Create PowerPoint presentations and reports using Excel as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Experience in ticketing systems and IT service management.
Knowledge of endpoint compliance, including antivirus, encryption, and patch management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
