Job Description
1. Relationship / Sales Manager -Premium Current Account (RMPA)
Sr. Key Responsibilities
1 New to bank acquisition of high end current accounts through open market lead generation and closure, 4~5 CA in a month of which 2 should be PCA & IP of 3 lacs, M1 MAB of 4 lacs. Adherence to Bank policies and guidelines such as KYC & AML
2 Ensure successful onboarding of customer for a smooth transition to branch banking team.
3 Activation of customer - Ensure that customer maintains required balances & starts transactions in his accounts (within M1 & Q1), 80% of customers to maintain specified AQB, 75% penetration of internet banking, 50% penetration of DSB.
4 Activities for lead generation
5 Cross sell - Lead generation/ basic enquiry, liaising with Branch Manager & product teams
(RBL, trade, FX, CMS/DSB etc.) to offer right business solutions to the customer
A. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Minimum Graduate
Experience
- Essential 2-3 years of experience in New to Bank Current account acquisition with a bank, preferably in SME segment
- Must possess good knowledge of commercial catchments and business segments for new to bank acquisition.
2. PCRM (Preferred Current Account RM)
Overall Goal: Current Account RM will be responsible for
Acquisition of new Business Entity customers and creating CA Book
Management of Acquired Current Account customers
Enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the these current account customers
Deepening the size of the relationship and retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers
a) Acquisition of Business Entity (Current Account) customers -
Acquisition of NTB High Value Current Accounts
NTB Acquisition of Current accounts dealing in international Trade
Identify and Acquire New to Bank working capital limit customers with Trade Limits viz Buyers Credit, PCFC, LC,BG etc
Acquire New to Bank customer requiring Assets Limits Business Loans, Cash Management Services & Door Step Banking, API Banking and other allied Current Account services
RM will have to create his own CA book by self-sourcing, Market Visit & Industry & Area Scoping, External References & Leads.
b) Portfolio Management -
Engage with Acquired customer on regular basis and ensure that Group company and Family customers also bank with RBL Bank
Regularly interact with the customer to build rapport, customer profiling should be used to set customer level objectives post discussion branch Manager/TL. Customer interaction to be regular updated in system provided.
Ensure that within each customer group a minimum number of stipulated Income Generating products are sold as per the customers profile and needs. RM to Cross sell appropriate products to the customers and ensure activate usage.
Enhance Values within each of the customer groups by ensuring that a/cs are activated
Cross Sell Bank Products for revenue generation and engagement
Basis customer business requirement cross sell products like POS , Payment Gateway, Trade /Forex ( LC /BG/ Remittance /OD) , Doorstep Banking Services.
Cross Sell various RBL Bank products like TPP, FD. Credit Card, Loans to customers and related group business/ family
Drive active business transaction through RBL bank account
Should know the customer's business in order to provide banking and financial solutions
Register customer for various Direct Banking Channels of the bank
B) Customer Services
Ensure quality customer service is delivered
Recording complaints as per the specified process
Resolving all complaints received from portfolio customers within the stipulated TAT's and ensure appropriate customer communication on closures
Preventive complaint management by regular interaction with the customers
C) Target Achievement
PC- RM will be given a quarterly and yearly target on revenue, product cross sell and book value build up
Basis the Target the RM will be tracked on regular basis for achievement of the Targets
CA RM will be evaluated on Portfolio Score Card
Preferred Sector: BSFI
Education: Post Graduate
Experience: Above 3 years in a Current Account /Trade- Forex sales & / or relationship role in any of the sectors mentioned above.
3. RM - Signature
Position Purpose: To generate revenue, from sourcing new to bank relationships from identified verticals and by cross selling of Wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners
Responsibilities: 1. Increasing the Liability book and Investment AUM portfolio size through, deepening and new acquisition.
a. 2. Revenue generation through cross sell of business banking and wealth products like Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, Retail Assets etc.
b. 3. Ensure quality of sourcing by acquiring Potential Insignia Clients.
c. 4. Acquiring and managing both business, individual (resident and NRI) clients.
d. 5. Increase product penetration and exit barriers, by cross- selling more number of products per client.
e. 6. Performing Portfolio allocations, reviews & financial check-ups for each client at
f. Defined frequency.
g. 7. Collaboration with product specialists to ensure engagement of clients with superior and tailored wealth management and business banking solutions.
h. 8. Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines.
i. 9. Reduce rejection rates and improve quality of documentation.
j. 10. Ensuring 360 client engagement - "Total Client Ownership".
