Chief Manager / AVP - New Business
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 10-20 years in Life Insurance sector in New Business operations
Job Purpose :
- Responsible for monitoring and handling all New Business-related transactions with 100% accuracy as per agreed SLAs.
Key Accountabilities :
Processing :
- Manage all New Business transactions as per agreed SLA
- Plan and Monitor cost and budgetary expenses
- Distribution of work and monitoring of the activities of outsourced staff
- Setting up of Standard Operating Processes and Process improvements
- Timely Processing of Issuance transactions
- Timely Preparation of Various Regulatory and Business MISs
- Preparation of communication to clients during issuance process
Query Management :
- Ensure client queries are resolved as per TAT
- Preparation of MIS for reporting and reconciliation
- Co-ordination with various stake holders for resolution of escalations
Systems & Processes :
- Identify process improvements / change request with respect to systems
- Ensure up gradation of standard operating procedures at periodic intervals
- Ensure compliance to various regulations/Preparation of Regulatory reporting and Audit.
- Carry out necessary UAT with respect to system changes and provide feedback
People Management :
- Plan work distribution for outsource staff
- Monitor performance / productivity of all staff
- Participate in regular training with respect to processes / products / systems for New Business team
