Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for the consumer electronics category, aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and marketing, to develop and launch new products and features
- Develop and maintain product specifications, requirements, and user stories
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
- Conduct user research and testing to understand customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and distributors
- Track and analyze product performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years of product management experience in the consumer electronics industry
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful products in the consumer electronics industry
- Knowledge of product design and development processes, and ability to manage product development projects
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and certification requirements
- Knowledge of UX design principles and best practices will be a plus
