Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle operations and performance management of the mandates and to ensure that quality service standards are maintained at all times.

* Handling Junior & Middle Level of Recruitment by searching, sourcing, Head-hunting, cold calling for various sectors- E-commerce, Telecom / Pharma / Manufacturing / Infrastructure / Oil & Gas / FMCG/ Education/ Automobile/ Consumer Durable.

* Understanding JDs, sourcing resumes from portals, taking initial interviews, handling Joining, salary negotiations etc.

* Maintaining day to day tracker & performance tracker as well.

* Identify new clients, build and maintain strong business relationships with existing key clients so as to bring in regular and new businesses; also to increase our corporate presence and branding.

* Support strategic alignment of goals, initiatives, people, processes and systems throughout the department.

* Assign metrics/targets to vital objectives.

* Set critical success factors/performance measurements.

* Test the balance and alignment of measures; track performance of input and output measures; review and measure objectives/processes against targets.

* Client interaction, Regular follow up, Team leading skills

* Business Development in the current vertical
