Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and gather data for RPA projects.
- Lead a team through the entire lifecycle of RPA projects.
- Communicate thoughts and viewpoints effectively to various stakeholders.
- Create and manage process documentation including PDD, SDD, PRD, BRD, test scenarios, user stories, exception identification, and process flow maps.
- Handle stakeholder and situational challenges with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Must-Have Skills:
- Team Leading: Proven experience in leading teams for end-to-end RPA projects.
- Processes: Proficiency in one or more of the following:
- Agile, Waterfall, JIRA
- Six Sigma, Lean, ESOAR, Lean Principles, Kaizen, Kanban
- Business case creation
- Past Experience: Experience in creating PDD, SDD, PRD, BRD, test scenarios, user stories, exception identification, and process flow maps.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn and handle stakeholder/situational challenges.
- Pre-Sales: Prior experience or working knowledge of RFI, RFP, RFQ, and pre-sales processes.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate thoughts and viewpoints effectively.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Insurance, Banking, Retail, Healthcare, etc.
- Technology Experience: Experience working with one or more automation tools such as BP, AA, UiPath, WF, etc.
