Role & responsibilities
Test the CRMNEXT application to ensure it meets the required quality standards, including functionality, usability, and performance.
Identify and report defects, including reproducing and documenting the issues.
Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects and ensure that fixes are properly tested.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing of the application.
Conduct exploratory testing to identify defects and improve the overall quality of the application.
Participate in regression testing to ensure that changes to the application do not introduce new defects.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that defects are tracked and resolved.
Provide feedback to the development team on the usability and user experience of the application.
Collaborate with other teams, such as QA and SDG, IT Team, to ensure that the application meets the required quality standards.
