Job Description
Key Tasks:
- Managing Bookings:
- Handle Domestic and International flight bookings.
- Coordinate with Hotel for payments and negotiations and manage rail bookings.
- Client Interaction:
- Ensure a smooth, hands-off experience for corporate clients.
- Act as the point of contact for clients, ensuring their travel needs are met.
- GDS Expertise:
- Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Galileo
- Product and Service Information:
- Provide clients with information on travel products/services, such as Visas, Insurance, and Hotels.
- Ticket Management:
- Handle the cancellation and refund process for both domestic and international air tickets.
- Coordinate ticket issuance, including deal codes, Mileage miles, and reward points, based on clients' preferences.
- Coordination and Follow-up:
- Collaborate with clients, the internal implant team, and other servicing teams to ensure bookings are processed effectively.
- Assist with invoicing and recovery tasks.
- Problem Solving and Customer Service:
- Identify customers' needs, provide clarifications, and resolve issues.
- Offer solutions and alternatives, and share relevant information or travel materials (brochures, publications, etc.).
- Shift Flexibility:
- Ability to work flexible shifts based on client needs and operational requirements
Dimensions:
Functional Skills/Competencies:
- Proficiency in Galileo GDS (or similar systems).
- Strong understanding of travel services (Visa, Insurance, Hotel, Rail).
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to coordinate with various teams and clients.
- Flexible with working hours, as this role requires adaptability to shifts.
Personal Qualities / Behavioral Competencies:

2. Flexible and Goal Oriented
3. Basic Excel and Microsoft Tools
Education: Any Graduate. Additional Course in Travel & Tourism
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
