Job Description
Job Responsibility
The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free parent experience at the daycare. She shall be energetic, caring, attentive and dedicated towards parents. Following are the responsibilities of INAAYA daycares Guest Relations Executive:
- Attend to parents visiting the daycare.
- Solve parents queries and issues at the daycare.
- Introduce the daycare programs and facilities to the parents.
- Act as coordinator between the daycare and parents.
- Run daycare management software for parents.
Qualification, Experience & Skills Required
- Graduate with diploma or degree, preferably in public relations or hospitality.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer services.
- Female, aged 25-30 years.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools (especially Excel, Word and PPT).
- Proficient in customer service and management.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Good communication skills.
- Pleasing personality with professional attitude and genuine love for children.
- Dedicated, hard-working and proactive.
