Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure smooth functioning of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, cafes, bars, room service, banquets, and events.
Supervise steward activities such as serving food and beverages to guests according to their preferences.
Manage waiter activities by coordinating with kitchen staff for timely delivery of orders.
Oversee stewardess activities like maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Provide exceptional hospitality services to ensure guest satisfaction.
