• Understanding of Commercial & Corporate banking (SME, MME and Large Corporate)
• Strong product development, structuring & customizing, presentation and customer services skills.
• Ability to support the delivery of the SCF Business Plan with the resources available
• MBA /Chartered Accountant by qualification.
• Strong analytical skills and general technology skills and awareness.
• Self- started & good team player.
• Strong interpersonal  skills.
