Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, onboard, and manage new agents to expand the business network.
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
3. Achieve business targets by leveraging relationships with both new and existing agents.
4. Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or the insurance sector, preferably in motor insurance.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and Marathi.
4. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets with strong negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms.
6. Ensure that all sales processes, agreements, and transactions comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
