Position: Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Microsoft Power Apps Developer
Experience: Minimum 6 years
Location: Preferably Indore, India

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Microsoft Power App Development Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power App development, with a minimum of 6 years of experience. This role requires a proactive leader who can guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power App solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into development processes.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Apps development.
- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, business processes, and integration with other systems.
- Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability to join.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.
- Experience in remote team management and collaboration tools.
Location:
- Preferably based in Indore, India.
