Opportunity 1 for PEGA Developer
Location: Anywhere in India
Role & responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Pega development.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing Pega applications, including case management and BPM solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Pega certifications (e.g., CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) are highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Pega Cloud or Pega 8.x.
- Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and messaging systems.
Opportunity 2 (Pega LSA)
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Pega development.
- Solution Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable Pega solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical designs.
- System Integration: Lead integration efforts with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and efficiency of Pega applications.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of software quality.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural and technical documentation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
- Pega certification CLSA is must have.
Preferred Qualifications:
