We are hiring Mechanical Design Engineer Pressure Vessel.

Must-Have Requirements
- Perform Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger & Tank - Design in line with ASME Sec VIII Div 1, PD 5500, IS 2825, EN 13455, API 660, API 661, API 662, ASME - Sec II, Sec V, Sec IX, Sec X, Sec XIII, API 650, API 620, AWWA D100 Codes and Standards.
- Generate Pressure Vessel Datasheets Data sheets, Configuration Drawings, Fabrication drawings based on Inter Discipline Inputs
- Review Pressure Vessel Fabrication Drawings in line with Code and Client Specifications.
- Develop and Review QAP / ITP, Quality Assurance & Quality Control Documents.
- Proficient in using PV Elite or Compress or Codecalc or Microprotol (AutoPIPE Vessel), ETank Softwares.
- Ability to resolve technical enquiries and comments from clients and fabricators.
- Ability to prudently solve customer issues pertaining to static equipments Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and Tanks.
- Proficient in material selection based on the process conditions.
- Develop action plans to anticipate and respond to problems.
- Mentor technical efforts within the team and be responsible for technical excellence, quality, design reviews, and consistency of methods and on-time delivery of design & detailing with quality.
- Able to generate ideas in simplifying equipments & systems
- Well documentation of design and detailing works.
- Institute lessons learned & process improvements in Design and Analysis function.
- The implementation of the Company quality system as per ISO by imbibing QMS system.
- Hands-on experience working with engineering consultants.
- Participate as a Presenter or Reviewer in Technical and Program reviews.
Good to Have Requirements:
- Awareness and hands on experience on Pipe Stress Analysis and exposure to Caesar II or AutoPIPE Softwares.
- Awareness on rotating equipments like Pumps / Compressors / Turbines.
- Experience with plant 3D modelling and drafting softwares like Plant3D, Open Plant, E3D, SP3D.
- Awareness of NACE Standards.
- Site experience in erection support and Field Issue Resolution.
