Hiring for Agency Channel & Direct Channel (Relationship Manager)

 

Roles & Responsibility -

Agency Channel - 

• It is a team Handling role. Building your own team of life Advisors/ Agents through your own references.
• Continuously train & Motivating the team to drive Life Insurance sales.
• Recruit & handle the team of financial customers

 Direct Channel - 

• Handle customers of Branch.
• Meet with customers on appointment.
• Sell Life Insurance & other investment products of the company.

Perks : -

** This will be on role job with fixed Salary + Fixed Incentives.**

** On spot Selection + Fastrack Promotion + National/ International Trips.**

 

Candidates should have atleast 1 years of experience in Field sales & should be able to build his own team.

 

Qualification : - Graduate/Post Graduate
