Job Description
Job Summary:
Program Manager will ensure the management and delivery of the 4G LTE connectivity project while interacting with Technical Team in respective locations, including interacting, reporting, creating dashboards, etc. with top management and customer on day-to-day basis while also responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with client on daily basis for site-wise tracking of PO issued, Site details, payment collections, etc.
- Interacting with client & senior management on daily basis for status of Feasibility Survey, Finalization of BoQ, ensure delivery of material, co-ordination with field technical team for installation, UAT, issue resolution, risks, etc.
- Responsible as a single point of contact for the project for any escalations across the Nation.
- Ensure committed delivery on the project rollout front.
- Ensure committed delivery on the network uptime front.
- Ensure that the project timelines are met in a smooth fashion.
- Ensure compliance of the Contract and SLAs through supervising the performance of other personnel of the service provider involved in service deliveries etc.
- Single point of contact for any information sought by the client.
- Managing/Supervising timely resolution of escalations/tickets via Circle level Technical Engineers and service providers NOC.
- He is required to be at client place on all working days of the clients and on other days during exigencies.
