Job Description

iRole & responsibilities :


  • Test the Dialer application to ensure it meets the required quality standards, including functionality, usability, and performance. Proficient in Agent Assist, Speech to text technology, artificial intelligence.
  • Identify and report defects, including reproducing and documenting the issues.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects and ensure that fixes are properly tested.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing of the application.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify defects and improve the overall quality of the application.
  • Participate in regression testing to ensure that changes to the application do not introduce new defects.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that defects are tracked and resolved.
  • Provide feedback to the development team on the usability and user experience of the application.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as QA and SDG, IT Team, to ensure that the application meets the required quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Preferred domain Banking/BFSI or and Financial industry
  • At least 2+ years of experience in software testing. Hands on Experience in IVR/Contact Centre technology.
  • Testing the complete Dialer flow, inbound & outbound calls, understanding how Campaigns work and are structured. Validate the IVR logs, identify issues and liaise with the respective teams to fix them.
  • Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium or Appium.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to reproduce defects.
  • Experience with integration testing using API by using tools such as SOAP UI or Postman.
  • Strong test case writing skills, including test plans, test scenarios, and requirement traceability matrix.
  • Experience in performing end to end Digital journeys.
