Job Description
Nexdigm is looking for a dynamic Communication Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in the B2B industry. The ideal candidate should have a flair for content creation and strategy and possess a knack for social media strategies. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content such as articles, white papers, press releases, website content, case studies, video scripts, etc. The candidate would handle both internal and external communication needs for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, error-free well-structured content aligned with the brands tone of voice and writing guidelines
- Should have an eye for detail to deliver quality communication
- Proofread and edited various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, and newsletters
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams while working on new pieces of content
- Should understand social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram) and push relevant, topical content regularly on these portals
- Work with business verticals, and service areas and recommend new topics for various content pieces
- Ideate for creative campaigns
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Keep track of the latest developments and identify topics for content creation
Requirements
- Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer or similar role
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Creative thinking with accuracy and attention to detail
- Possess a strong ability to understand requirements and communicate effectively
- Familiarity with web publications
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with good command over the language
- Work under tight deadlines
Skills that would be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Experience with keyword research and SEO content writing
- Experience in PR and Media related assignments
