Job Purpose:
This role is accountable & responsible
To support operations & administration of various IT Security devices, solutions and
technologies deployed to optimum level.
Job Responsibilities:
Support operation, administration, configuration & support of various IT security devices,
solutions and technologies deployed to Prevent, Protect, Shield, Defend, Respond &
Remediate
Ensure BAU by delivering agreed service levels to business
Configuration management
Ensure that the existing security processes & procedures are followed and devise new and/or
optimize existing as required
Ensure up-to-date documentation - SOPs, Architecture etc.
Measure, manage & report availability, performance, capacity, risks & SLAs from business
perspective
Support functions to manage life-cycle of request, event, incident, problem and change
Act as a L1 support for the identification, investigation and resolution of security incidents
and issues in existing & newly implemented security solutions
Publish the relevant MIS, dashboards and status updates to all stakeholders
Remain current with organizations security policies, latest security advisories/threats and
industry best-practices.
Required Qualification:(Must)
B.Tech/BE from Recognized University with CCNA and CEH certification
Should have strong analytical and communication skills
Work Experience & Knowledge: (Not Mandatory)
Should have experience in managing various IT security and network devices
Knowledge of Firewall , IPS , IDS, Proxy , Routing , Switching , VLANs etc will have added
