Project Role Description :Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.

Summary:As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements. You will be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. Your typical day will involve conducting current state assessments, analyzing customer requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop innovative business solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and assess the current state.

Analyze high level customer requirements and translate them into actionable business solutions.

Develop business cases and strategies to achieve the desired business outcomes.

Lead the design and implementation of business processes and structures.

Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams in the execution of business initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Agile Project Management.

Strong understanding of business architecture principles and frameworks.

Experience in conducting current state assessments and identifying business opportunities.

Proven track record in developing business cases and strategies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with business process modeling tools such as BPMN or UML. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.Qualifications15 years full time education
