Job Description
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6-12 years of experience as a Lead in handling integration projects in Boomi or related technology
- Self-starter, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and articulation skills
- Excellent client communication skills, Ability to understand customer problem, technical challenges, design challenges, identify risks and provide mitigation solutions
- Proven onsite and offshore coordination skills
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Ability to adapt to new technologies/tools
- Must be adept in understanding complex functional and technical requirements
Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, HTTP and related protocols.
- Solid technical capability in Cloud Integration, API integration or any cloud development experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and integration services.
- Experience with any programming languages such as .Net, Java, Python, Node.js, etc.
- Experience with any of the integration tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Microsoft Azure Integration Services Integration Services, Google Cloud Integration, Talend, Workato, Celigo, Integrate.io, Informatica Cloud, Jitterbit or any other integration tools/ platform
- Problem solving/root cause analysis/analytical skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of integration applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and provide technical solutions
- Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable Problem-solving integration solutions
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of deliverables
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
- Mentor and guide junior integration developers
- Manage client from offshore, co-ordinate with onsite and offshore teams
