• Execute the civil constructions & operations (Project/Maintenance) as per the plan and ensure deadlines are met.
• Supervise the work of labourers, etc. and give them guidance when needed
• Checking of contractors bills
• Effective utilization of resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to quality and budgetary limitations
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• Evaluate progress and submit detailed reports to the Manager.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

Experience : 3-4 years

Education:

• Bachelor's /Diploma Civil Engineering
