Job Description
- Director, Digital QA Operations Work Timings : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST Work Location : Navi Mumbai Education : Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or related field preferred). MBA preferred. Roles & Responsibilities: As Director - Digital QA & Operation @Internet Brands & WebMD, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all commercial advertising products, widgets, and microsites created and published on Medscape. You will manage a global operation of Digital Campaigns and be responsible for setting QA strategy and testing process to ensure optimized usability, performance, and a valuable user experience. Your role will involve developing, guiding, and mentoring a team of quality professionals skilled in quality assurance, automation, and project management. You will collaborate with multiple technology and business stakeholders to coordinate and strategize effectively. About You: Domain Experience: 5+ years in Digital Marketing Operations, preferably in the healthcare sector. QA Technical Expertise: 10+ years in QA testing and operations, with hands-on experience. Leadership: Proven experience in scaling QA teams, mentoring QA engineers, and contributing to quality processes. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and drive successful outcomes through innovative solutions. CMS Proficiency: Experience delivering content using enterprise CMS platforms Operational Excellence: Track record of continuous process improvement, identifying and deploying productivity improvements across a group of quality individuals Analytics: Deep understanding of Adobe Analytics and Google DFP and applications to build testing strategies from associated data sources. Testing Tools and Simulation: Proficiency with modern test assistance tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Browserstack, and cloud-based web and mobile testing platforms. Development Skills: Proficiency in any modern development language, with the ability to assist in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Tracking Platforms: Previous working knowledge of YouTrack, JIRA or other incident management tracking platforms to assess team productivity, observation and bug rates.
