Subscription Sales Associate
Location: Jalandhar, Patiala, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Bathinda, Malappuram.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA + TA + PF + Insurance + Incentives
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Subscription Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new subscribers, retaining existing ones, and promoting our subscription-based products or services. Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential subscribers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations to prospective subscribers, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with subscribers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly subscription sales goals.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our subscriptions.
Feedback Collection: Gather and relay subscriber feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Experience: 0-2 years in sales, preferably in subscription-based services or products.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
