Job Description
Job Title: Customer Sales and Debt Collection Representative
Job Overview:
We are seeking a resilient and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Sales and Debt Collection Representative. This position involves a dynamic and challenging environment, requiring a candidate who thrives under pressure, is willing to stretch working hours, and is motivated by performance incentives. In this role, you will be responsible for upselling products/services to existing clients, managing debt collection, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upselling:
- Proactively engage with existing clients to introduce new products/services and achieve upselling targets.
- Tailor sales strategies to individual customer needs, showcasing a deep understanding of our offerings.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer interactions.
- Debt Collection:
- Initiate contact with customers to address overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure timely debt recovery.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, implementing effective collection strategies under tight deadlines.
- Navigate challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Job Requirements (Terms & Conditions) - **Read with Care**
- Good English Communication is needed.
- Joining Time: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Work Location: At Present, we are Working from Home but the Candidate Should be comfortable if the mode of work converted to work from office at any point of time
- Work Schedule:
- 6 days per week.
- Working hours: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM.
- The last Sunday of every month will be a mandatory working day. (Invariably)
- Public holidays will be working days. (Compensatory Offs will be given)
- Residency: Applicants must be residents of Chennai Only
- Targets: Daily targets will be set, and achieving these targets can earn additional incentives apart from your salary.
Benefits & Incentives:
- Salary: 12,000 to 20,000 take-home per month. + Incentives
- Incentives: Competitive incentive structure based on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Desktop - Will be collected at Kelambakkam
