We are hiring Customer Sales Representative, or CSR (For Website Services) for our NEW ZEALAND and AUSTRALIA-based companies, who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Salary - From 18,000.00 per month/negotiable

Working Days

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift 5:00 AM 2:00 PM

Supplemental pay types: Performance Incentives

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Banashankari 3rd stage, Bengaluru - 560085, Karnataka
• Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience: 0-1 year (Preferred)

Language: English (Required)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to plan and execute website redesigns or new builds.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies to inform and improve website design and functionality.
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Providing training and support for clients to help them manage their websites effectively.
• Communicating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
• Providing ongoing maintenance and updates to websites as needed.
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines.
• Advising clients on strategies to improve the performance and user experience of their websites.

Prerequisites:

• UG/Graduate in any discipline.
• Good English communication (Written & Oral) is a must.
• Previous experience working with a BPO will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience working with websites would be an added advantage.
