Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented English Language Assessor to join our remote team. In this role, you will assess students' academic papers and open-ended responses, ensuring accurate evaluation and providing constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate Student Work: Assess K-12 and college-level essays, papers, and open-ended responses using client-provided rubrics.
- Manual Grading Only: Provide 100% human-evaluated assessmentsno AI or automated grading.
- Adhere to Guidelines: Follow training materials, rubrics, and client instructions for consistent evaluation.
- Deliver Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to help students improve their writing and critical thinking skills.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Track assessment progress and feedback while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Team: Communicate with project teams to align on scoring expectations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English: Strong written communication skills and command on grammar, vocabulary, and academic writing.
- Experience in Grading: Prior experience assessing K-12/college-level academic writing is highly preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to apply scoring rubrics consistently and fairly.
- Independent Work Skills: Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Prior Teaching Experience (Preferred): Experience in education or tutoring is a plus.
- Commitment to Manual Grading: No AI or automated tools will be used for evaluation.

Please Note: This is a contractual position for 1 year.
Job Details
- Location: Work from Home
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Workdays: 6 Days a Week (1 Weekly Off)
- Salary: 3,00,000 3,60,000 LPA (Based on Experience)
