Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through written communication (email) or verbal communication (phone).
• 1-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international clients.
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to write clear emails in English language.
• Strong verbal communication skills with good telephonic etiquette.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
• interested to work in fixed night shifts
• location - chennai work from office
• notice period - immediate joiners
