Role and Responsibility-
The job holders primary role is to acquire Pre-owned and Used Vehicle customers in the specified region through direct customer acquisition and by developing organized and unorganized sales channels.
Build and develop relationships with used CV dealers, brokers, referral partners in the assigned territory.
Ensure RC and Insurance transfers through empaneled RTO Agencies.
Ensure the assets are duly insured and contingencies are covered.
Achieve budgets in terms of total disbursal Volumes, budgeted IRR and Cross Sell.
Ensuring portfolio quality and be responsible for early delinquency & collections for 12 months.
Ensure all documents, KYC, asset papers are ingood order.
Key skills and Experience:
Business Orientation Communication Skills (in English and local language both oral and written). sales of Commercial Vehicle Loans is mandated, preferably Used commercial vehicle loans. Negotiation Skills Interpersonal Skills Qualification: Graduation Experience: Min. 1 to 4 yrs Age: Max. 27 years
