Job Description
- Responsible for Estimating, costing and billing of projects.
- To prepare rate analysis and material consumption constants for various activities.
- To prepare preliminary costing of projects on constants and thumb rule.
- To prepare standard labour rate and updating rates.
- To prepare quantification of activities as per GFC drawings.
- To prepare detailed costing of projects with respect to drawings and to prepare budgeting.
- To reconcile activity after completion for planned and actual consumption and to verify variance, to update material consumption constants if required.
- Periodically review of projects against original budget, updated budget and actual costing.
- To prepare estimates for customer changes.
- As per the site requirement to prepare contract event schedule for month and ensure contract finalisation as per schedule.
- To prepare the work orders as per finalisation done by the Estimation Manager.
- Labour billing as per bills received from site and send to Accounts after certification to maintain Bill outward register.
- Crosschecking of bills, all supporting documents and physical site completion status against billing.
