Role Description This is a full-time on-site Core Trainer role located in Noida. The Core Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs, conducting workshops, and providing coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. The role involves developing training materials, assessing training needs, and implementing effective training strategies. Qualifications Experience in conducting training programs and workshops Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of learning and development principles Ability to assess training needs and create effective training materials Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field,
