Open Position-Change Manager
Experience-4-6Years
Location-Bangalore
- 4-6 years experience in a Change and Release Manager
- Experience of working in an IT/Technical environment with good understanding of Agile and DevOps principles
- Strong Service Management process knowledge and experience (ITIL4 is preferred)
- Constantly improve the Change & Release Management process keeping user centricity and industry best practices
- Strong experience of preparing reports, dashboards and quality presentations reporting major issues related to changes to senior management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to communicate both technical and non-technical levels
- Strong ability to influence and build working relationships with key stakeholders and internal stakeholders
- ServiceNow experience is highly preferred
